THE MAYAN APOCALYPSE DIDN’T HAPPEN, SO IS THIS THE NEW AGE? IT CAN BE.

Many people believed the end of the world would come on December 21, 2012, the date that marked the end of the Mayan calendar. That date has come and gone, and I can’t help but wonder what all the die-hard Mayan Apocalypse believers are thinking now.

There were two general ways of thinking about how this end would come: it would either be a horrific doomsday scenario that would be the end of all life as we know it, or it would mark the beginning of a new age of human enlightenment and responsibility.

One idea dwelt on the negative, the other positive.

So since the world didn’t end, where does that leave us now?

Since several days have passed and still no apocalypse in sight, I’d like to make a proposition to you, the person reading this, and to myself as well. I propose that you and I abandon all ideologies that promote fear, anger, hatred, and ridicule. Instead, let’s make a daily, conscious decision to live both our lives as positive and loving as we can be.

And how can we do this? There are two things that we must remember and embrace with the core of our being.

My high school track coach, Mr. Tintle, instilled in me one of the basic tenets of my being that I hold to this day. That is, one must have PMA, short for Positive Mental Attitude. With a positive mental attitude, you can achieve the impossible.

My other basic tenet is I live by the Golden Rule. I try not to do anything to anyone that I wouldn’t want done to myself. It’s that simple.

Keeping a Positive Mental Attitude and following the Golden Rule.

Adopt it. Embrace it. Teach it to your kids.

And with these two tenets in mind, I’d like to make a call to action to you and myself as well. Let’s do something in the world today, right now, that will make a positive difference. I’m writing an open letter to the world, now it’s your turn. What will you do?

Want to fight global warming and climate change? Plant a tree in your backyard. Can’t stand the partisanship that has taken over politics? Turn off the news and volunteer in your township. Upset about kids shooting other kids? Become a Big Brother or Big Sister to a troubled child… or simply a high school track coach.

The point I’m trying to make is, no matter how big the problems of our world seem to be… no matter what the difficulties we face… even the smallest, most seemingly insignificant action we take can make all the difference in the world.

To the Mayans a Baktun was a measurement of time lasting approximately 400 years. December 21, 2012 marked the end of the 13th Baktun on the Mayan calendar, and the beginning of a new one. Descendants of the Mayans never believed the world was going to end on that date; instead, they look at the 14th Baktun as a period of hope and change.

So as we begin another year and another Baktun, I’d like to propose not just a new year’s resolution, but a “New Baktun Resolution” we all can adopt (after all, the next one won’t be for another 400 years). Let’s take this opportunity to leave all the hatred, negativity and baggage the human race has been carrying around with us for all the millennia we’ve walked this great earth and leave it in the past. Let’s take control of our destiny and stop living in fear. Let us start the new Bakun as a loving, more mature, and enlightened human race.

Not the end of the world, but the beginning of a new one.

WHAT KNOWLEDGE OF UFOS DID OUR PAST PRESIDENTS REALLY HAVE?

The folks over at ghosttheory.com have pulled together a fantastic review of our past presidents and their relationship/ knowledge of UFOs and extraterrestrials.

E Pluribus Unum: Out of many, One is what it says on the Seal of the President of the United States of America. Traditionally the phrase is meant to express that out of the many colonies that formed the nascent new country a single nation was born. In a more modern context it could be interpreted equally to mean that out of many cultures and beliefs the people who form a nation are derived. In the context of this article it could also be said that out of many in power there is one we presume to have answers. Even out of many who have held the office, the one currently in office should be in possession of the answers so many of us would like to hear. The question is; What do we really know about UFOs?

There have been a number of US Presidents who have addressed the UFO issue and it makes you wonder. Twelve Presidents have held office in what we will call the UFO Age, that period of time during which UFOs have been both figuratively and literally on the radar of the population of the Earth. During that time the United States has evolved from a partner to other nations in attaining peace from threats, to a parent scolding others for threatening actions and seemingly falling back again to a partner who must work with others in place of imposing rules upon them. Still the question of whether or not there is a larger threat, or greater parent hangs over our heads. Yet whenever a question faces the world at large there are few if any who do not turn to the United States for their knowledge, their influence, their protection, or for someone to blame soIF there are UFO secrets to be had, and there almost certainly are whether they be to prove or disprove, it seems likely those secrets reside within the borders of the United States at the very least.

Which brings us back to asking “What does the President know?” It is a facet of short term thinking to believe that the office of President gives some sort of ultimate power when it comes to running the government, when in truth it is a temporary posting lasting just four to eight years, at least during the time frame of the UFO Age, while those who keep the wheels turning, or I guess put on the brakes in some regards, have longer careers that are not dependant upon current office holders. If there is a secret to be kept, a secret that has implications far beyond the immediate state of affairs of any nation who do you tell? If you are one of the secret keepers a person who has a short term agenda would not be on that list. So far several Presidents have announced an intent to learn the truth of the UFO phenomenon, but none have done carried out that intent, at least so far as to inform the public.

Let’s start at the beginning.
Two events mark the start of the UFO Age; those being the Kenneth Arnold sighting at Mt Ranier on June 24th 1947, and the Roswell crash(s) of July 1947. Harry Truman as Vice_President to Franklin Roosevelt assumed office in April of 1945, following the death of Roosevelt, and so became the first US President to be faced with the real potential of contact with beings from another world here on Earth…

MAN FILMS UFO THROUGH AIRPLANE WINDOW

Whenever I fly, if I’m not trying to get shut-eye I usually stare out the airplane window and let my imagination take over. I start scanning the skies to see if I find anything “unusual” and hope for the rare chance to witness a UFO. Well, it looks like for one man, staring out the airplane window may have actually paid off with some amazingly detailed footage of an Unidentified Flying Object.

Check out this cool video posted by Mauricio Ruiz, who was flying on a SouthWest Airlines flight from LaGuardia to Houston when he captured this footage. He submitted the video to the FAA and is awaiting a response.

What do you think? Could this be a reflection from inside the cabin? A light from somewhere on the plane itself? As Mr. Ruiz wisely comments in the video description, “Be skeptic my friends, but stay focused.”

UFO FILMED FROM PLANE OVER HOUSTON

A recent video posted on YouTube recently by Mauricio Ruiz has caused quite a stir recently. As you can see in the video yourself, the UFO/whatever it is outside this guys plane window is definitely there and is not a reflection from something inside the cabin, which he even thought was the case for a moment. According to the YouTube account of Mauricio Ruiz, the following footage was shot from the window of a SouthWest Airlines flight from La Guardia airport to Houston, Texas.
Ruiz goes on to say that he has submitted the video to FAA officials and is waiting further review from them.

The video shows an object outside the cabin of the airplane. The object does not appear to be a reflection of anything from inside. It does not look like a reflection of light on the window, especially not when the camera zooms in and we can see details on the supposed craft.

UFO hovers over Pennsylvania town on Christmas Day

Stills of UFOs filmed in Chester Springs, PA on Christmas Day. The shimmering object on the left appeared after the black object on the right was first seen hovering in the sky.

Here is some interesting footage that was just reported to MUFON by a resident of Chester Springs, PA. The eyewitness account took place on Christmas Day, December 25th, 2012. The shimmering unidentified flying object that can be seen in both videos was hovering below another black object first seen floating in the sky above it.

Pennsylvania witnesses at Chester Springs reported and videotaped a black object that hovered with flashing lights for two hours on Christmas day, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The couple took their kids outside to play with new toys when a “black spot in the sky” was noticed in a hovering position.

“I pointed it out to my husband and my mother and we couldn’t figure out what it could be,” the reporting witness stated. “After about a half hour, we went back inside. Every few minutes, we’d peek outside to see if it was still there – and it was.”

Then the couple’s power went out.

“Then our power randomly went out for a minute max – no storms, no wind, nothing else going on to cause a power outage.”

The couple then noticed [another] object [with] flashing lights.

“We immediately went out onto the deck and began filming. The lights appeared to be flashing randomly (or perhaps the object was spinning?) and it was mostly horizontal. However, there were times where the lights tilted and then went into a vertical pattern. The lights were hovering right behind some low lying clouds.”

The witness provided one image and two video clips with the MUFON report, which was filed on December 26, 2012. Image 1, Video 1 and Video 2.

More cloud coverage moved in and the couple eventually lost sight of the object.

FOUND IN MEXICO: HUMAN SKULLS ELONGATED TO LOOK ALIEN

The skeletons were found in a cemetery near Onavas, South Sonora.

Now these things look crazy! This is absolutely fascinating!

Full bodied skeletons were found in a cemetery of southern Mexico with severely elongated skulls.

The ultimate question of course, is why? What prompted them to do this?

Did they do it of their own accord or, were they possibly emulating someone, or something, else?

The Huffington Post writes:

Excavation of an ancient burial site in South Sonora, Mexico, has revealed a series of skeletons with intentionally deformed skulls.

Of the 25 sets of human remains found close to the Mexican village of Onavas, 13 had deformed craniums and five had evidence of dental mutilation.

According to Past Horizons, misshapen skulls have not been recorded before in the Sonora cultural groups, although they are documented among Mesoamerican peoples.

Some of the skeletons, believed to be 1,000 years old, wore nose rings, bangles, earrings, by Savings Sidekick” href=”http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2012/12/19/alien-skulls-deformed-craniums-mexican-cemetery-_n_2328404.html?utm_hp_ref=uk#”>necklaces and pendants made from shells found in the Gulf of California.

One was found with a turtle shell laid over its abdomen.

Archaeologist Cristina Garcia Moreno said: “This unique find shows a mix of traditions from different groups of northern Mexico.

“The use of ornaments made from sea shells from the Gulf of California had never been found before in Sonoran territory and this discovery extends the limit of influence of Mesoamerican peoples farther north than has been previously recorded.”

Moreno is director of the research project, which is being carried out on behalf ofArizona State University , with the approval of Mexico’s National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH).

She added: “Cranial deformation in Mesoamerican cultures was used to differentiate one social group from another and for ritual purposes, while the dental mutilation in cultures such as the Nayarit was seen as a rite of passage into adolescence.”

Elongated skulls have previously been misinterpreted as being of extra-terrestrial origin.

The process of elongating a skull usually begins in childhood with a process called “cradle-boarding”.

Ryan Matthews of Science Channel series Oddities told HuffPost Weird: “They would put two boards around the head and wrap it very securely.

“Because the head of a child is very soft, it can be manipulated forward, but the process would take several months.”

AUSTRALIAN PRIME MINISTER RELEASES ‘END OF THE WORLD’ MESSAGE TO PUBLIC

Julia Gillard has released a PSA to the people of Earth. Not your average PSA mind you, but one addressing the end of the world!

THE Prime Minister has delivered a chilling message confirming what many people around the world feared: the Mayans were right.

Julia Gillard’s 50-second message addresses her “dear remaining fellow Australians”. She steps in ahead of CSIRO scientists to foreshadow the world’s impending doom.

Ms Gillard lists the likely doomsday bringers to be flesh-eating zombies, demonic hell-beasts…. or K-Pop. But not the carbon price.

According to the Mayan calendar, the world will meet its fiery end on December 21, 2012. Which means that, according to Doomsdayers, we’ve got a cool 15 days left to check everything off our bucket lists.

NASA has even taken the unusual step of publishing a fact sheet calledBeyond 2012: Why The World Won’t End.

OK, so it’s just a commercial for a Triple J breakfast show but, more importantly, SAVE YOURSELVES.

With clinical, emotionless delivery, Ms Gillard warns us all, says she will always fight for us and closes by saying: “good luck to you all”. Oh and “at least this means I won’t have to do Q & A again”.

When contacted, the Prime Minister’s office said: “What Australian doesn’t mind a laugh from time to time? Anyway, the world’s going to end tomorrow so shouldn’t you be writing about that?”

It’s Dr Karl Kruszelnicki’s fault the PM is spooked – he came up with the theory the world will end tomorrow, two weeks earlier than the far-more-popular prediction of December 21.

Dr Karl, the prolific science writer and author of 50 Shades of Grey Matter, said he came up with the date after developing a complex algorithm using the Mayan calendar, the Gregorian calendar, mathematics, and comedy.

Unfortunately the algorithm was far too complex for most of us to understand, but suffice to say the logic behind it is as rock solid as the logic behind the idea that because a Mayan calendar runs out on December 21 the Earth will come to some sort of devastating end.

“I was using science for the purposes of science and comedy,” Dr Karl said.

“On the 21st of December, inconveniently only two shopping days before Christmas the Mayan calendar will click over.

“But to say the world will end is like saying today’s date is the 29th and therefore your cut lunch will turn into a shoe. That’s how rational and logical it is.”

“So I tried to turn December 21 back into December 7.”

AUDIO TAPE CONFIRMING ROSWELL UFO CRASH RELEASED AFTER MANS DEATH

As the years go by, more and more people involved with, or privy to, any information relating to the infamous Roswell, New Mexico UFO crash of 1947 come forward to share what they know with the world.

Walter Haut, a Lieutenant Colonel and Press Officer at Roswell Army Air Field (RAAF) at the time of the crash, has left the public an audio tape of an interview conducted in secret that has him spilling the proverbial beans.

A Lieutenant Colonel and Press Officer at Roswell Army Air Field (RAAF) in 1947 left a testament to the reality of fallen ET in a rare audio recording that was meant to be heard after his death. A portion of it is revealed here publicly for the first time.

It is in this taped message that Walter Haut (a decorated bombardier and Purple Heart recipient) first openly acknowledged his personal witness to an alien-piloted craft found on the desert floor in New Mexico. And people who knew Walter well have now come forward about what he had said about the matter very early on- and why he did not release all of this information until the winter of his life.

Walter would of course go on to sign a notarized declaration in December, 2002 of his full knowledge of the Roswell incident as a piloted, extraterrestrial event. This was famously reported in mainstream media based on the publication of the bestseller Witness to Roswelland the work of the book’s authors Tom Carey and Don Schmitt.

But it was four years before this in 1999 that Walter Haut had admitted for the first time to someone outside of a small circle what he knew about the entirety of the Roswell event.And he allowed it to be recorded.

Like the notarized affidavit, Walter did not wish this 1999 recorded confession released until some point after his death, which occurred in 2005 at age 83. This enabled him to honor his oath during his life to the ultimate secret: the recovery and retrieval of beings not from earth.

‘ALIEN MUMMIES’ COMING TO A TV NEAR YOU

An ‘Alien Mummies’ tv show is set to begin airing on Nov. 30, on the Science Channel, and promises to use all of the best technology available to determine once and for all whether certain ‘Alien Mummies’ that have been claimed to be found, are real or not. Of course, you don’t get an entire series on tv by solving the problem in the first episode, so keep an eye out for the show and come back here to discuss any ideas and thoughts you may have.

Metepec, Mexico, is a rural community in Central Mexico that is home to cows, chickens and other farm animals.

But one night in May, 2007, one resident discovered a bizarre creature about 19 inches tall that didn’t resemble any known animal in the world: A pink, mostly hairless creature with large luminous eyes.

Although a picture of the creature exists, many believe it’s all just an elaborate hoax, while others are sure this is proof of alien life.

A new Science Channel special, “Alien Mummies,” debuting Nov. 30 at 10 p.m. EST, purports to solve the mystery of this creature using cutting edge science, advanced scanning technology and DNA testing, finally seeks to resolve this five year old mystery, and other E.T. anomalies as well.

The advance clip shows off the Metepec monster, but, you’ve been warned, it’s cute and cuddly like E.T.

UFO CLOAKED AS MOUNTAIN IN WASHINGTON?

Does Mt. Adams have an unwelcomed guest?

One of our favorite site, ghosttheroy.com, has posted a pretty interesting story this evening. A member of the UFO SIghtings Daily team has bposted a youtube video of what he thinks is a pretty poor job of an alien space craft attempting to blend in with it’s surroundings of Mt. Adams in Washington state. Take a look at his video here and decided for yourself.

Scott Waring from UFO Sightings Daily has posted to You Tube what his analysis determines to be a cloaked alien UFO base on the slopes of Mt Adams, Washington.

“I had read about and researched the UFO Sightings at the ECETI ranch for many years and finally found a satellite map that would allow me to fully view the top of the ranch. The mass amounts of military officers and DOD people as well as news agencies who record these UFO have been baffled by what they saw. Glowing UFO orbs are seen nightly by visitors and people in the community. The thing that sticks out the most is that they often say, “it was coming from the side of the mountain,” or “it went into the side of the mountain.” This made me search for some kind of distortion in the photos, a glitch in their cloaking that would prove to be an entrance to a base. You see I work with infrared and night vision so I understand that certain light waves are not visible to the human eye, but the digital eye is a different story. Here is a video I made of the results of this search. The entrance is real…now…how do we open it?

For reference here is the progression of zooms that leads to the site Scott claims to have discovered

Now I have checked FlashEarth myself and the distortion shown here is present there.

However to cite only one source for information is just asking for trouble, as Mr. Waring has done here. Waring has used Flash Earth to image the eastern slopes of Mt Adams, so I decided to check his findings on Google Earth. If indeed aliens are cloaking a hidden base on Adams, and that process causes a distortion of focus then it should be visible from any satellite image. Yes?

For reference I have included the rather distinctive deep valley in the lower half of this picture, and the ridge in the upper half, both visible in Waring’s image

And then zoomed between to the location of Waring’s “Base” and find no distortion.

Now I will be the first to admit my images are not taken at the same time of year as Waring’s. So we are left with a few options:

There was a hidden alien aircraft base within Mt Adams at the time of Waring’s photo but it was either not built yet or removed when my photos were taken.

As one of Waring’s commentors suggests, what was cloaked was a mothership not a base, and it departed or had not arrived yet between the time of Waring’s photo and mine.

Waring’s photo is a by product of a camera or processing flaw, or an atmospheric anomaly at the time of the picture.

Or one of the photos is simply faked by some human hand.

There do not seem to be a lot of other options. But there does arise a question.

Why would an advanced alien race, with the capacity to cloak a base or mothership proceed to launch brightly glowing objects that clearly identify its location?
